Everywhere and in Miami, working-class people and their families are facing the brunt of many systems that are working against their safety and ability to achieve dignity in the home, in our neighborhoods, and on the job.
Knowing our rights as individuals is our first layer of protection against abuse and mistreatment. Organizing with our coworkers and neighbors will always be the most effective way to enforce our existing rights and campaign to expand them.

Americans for Immigrant Justice (AI Justice) is an award-winning non-profit law firm that fights for justice for immigrants through a combination of direct representation, impact litigation, advocacy and outreach.
Catholic Legal Services provides professional legal services to those who come from foreign lands who lack sufficient means to obtain representation without regard to faith or national origin.
Southern Birth Justice Network Mobile Midwife Clinic
Respectful and culturally sensitive maternal health care with licensed community midwives for prenatal checkups, referrals, and support with other health services. Services include doula support, free perinatal services, classes, demonstrations, and more.
Dade County Street Response (DCSR) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to serving the most disenfranchised communities in Miami-Dade County. DCSR offers free medical care, case management, MedEd and community programs, legal advocacy, and a groundbreaking model for disaster relief teams.
The Healing and Justice Center is a community-based public safety program focused on reducing violence, improving mental health outcomes and diverting people from the criminal legal system. Programs include Freedom House Mobile Crisis Unit, Free Counseling and Trauma Recovery Center, Stop the Bleed and CPR Training, Conflict Resolution, and Youth Programming.
Community clinic serving those that are uninsured, underinsured, houseless in Miami. The clinic is well positioned next to our community partners: a free community fridge, a church, a clothes donation site, and a community center. The clinic offers free health screenings and essential medical treatments in addition to a surprisingly robust range of services such as women’s health, imaging and lab work, and vaccinations. This site also serves as a teaching site for our medical students and residents, and becomes a community relief hub during times of disaster.

Jessie Trice Community Health System, Inc (JTCHS) is one of Miami-Dade County’s preeminent federally qualified community healthcare centers, providing access to innovative, quality comprehensive primary health care.
Community Center to support, educate and empower South Florida’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth and community in safe and diverse spaces to promote dialogue, wellness, and to foster social change.
TransSOCIAL organization’s mission centers on advocating for the transgender community while simultaneously serving the broader TLGBQ+ spectrum. Their specialty is facilitating folks in name and gender marker changes! We also offer: Legal assistance with insurance denials, Mental health referrals, Gig worker wage compensation, LGBTQ+ Cultural Competency and Sensitivity Training to businesses, healthcare providers, schools and universities, Social gatherings and educational events to benefit our community, and Links to local support group meetings, services and resources through a centralized events calendar.
